  • Title: Central Bank Governors’ Club logo design
    Year: 2008
    Technique: Design
19th Meeting of the Central Bank Governors’ Club of the Central Asia, Black Sea Region and Balkan Countries logo design

Design Concept

At first glance, the logo of this event is shaped like a flower with 19 petals, each one with a different color. The flower itself is surrounded by some repeated circles.

However, the logo symbolizes the round table, where the 19 governors will sit. Every petal of the flower represents one of the participant countries. Thus, 19 different colors are used in the logo. The wisdom behind is that the governors will bring to this round table the colors of their countries, their different experiences and opinions regarding crucial issues, the banking system. So, there will be 19 countries, with different characteristics and colors.

The repeated circles in the logo symbolize the globe, which in return signifies the continuity of this event, as well as its importance. The circles are left unclosed, which also emphasize the concept of continuity, open mindedness and the transparency of these countries towards future cooperation.
