  The concept of this work is prompted by hope, or lack thereof. It is the ultimate source of human vitality, and then everything vanishes to nothingness. It is a suffocating sensation in the air. A grip that seizes the chest, a trap that ensnares the souls. A heavy burden that pulls downward. It's like the end of the end. ... What inspired me to express this concept in such a form was the silhouette of my child in front of a aircraft maquette at Tirana Airport. In the presence of the lack of hope resulting from “The System” there, in front of a five-year old child, that image of an object that represents freedom, overcoming the boundaries appeared, entrapped between the walls, totally drowned, without escape. Unanswered questions and unrealized dreams are confronted by the innocence of a child, who does not know what “The System” is.
